This week has started off great for basketball fans! Sunday evening was the announcement of the NCAA Tournament Selections and now you can support your local high school basketball teams thanks to Time Warner Cable.
Time Warner Cable will air live broadcast coverage of the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) Southern Section regional championship games for boys’ and girls’ high school basketball. Those games are set to take place on March 17, 2012 at the Citizens Business Bank Arena in Ontario, CA. Live broadcasts will start at 10am with Division III Girls and the Division I Boys will be the last game starting at 8pm.
Teams are currently in the advancement process, for competing in the CIF state championships in Sacramento later this month. The Southern Section teams earning the right to advance for the state championships will be announced following the last round of the qualifying games.
Time Warner Cable Digital Basic customers can enjoy the Southern Section regional championships games at no additional cost, on the following channels within their markets:
